- Carlos Arguello is an information technology specialist with 19 years of experience working for Citigroup (former Citicorp), the leader of the US financial industry, with comprehensive experience in the most important products used in the international trade industry like letters of credit, funds transfer, money market, derivatives, money exchange, taxes as well as other corporate treasury products like securities.

From 1995 to 2004 he has being working in the Citicorp Latin America regional support group based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida as technical liaison for Citicorp Venezuela and Mexico as well as Business analyst for other countries like: Dominican Republic, Paraguay and Bolivia having acquired appreciable training and expertise in project management, corporate products, corporate standards and politics and multi group project development, always dealing with world wide diversity people.
